As your Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, I will support you during the first six weeks post birth. Allow me to care for you, so that you can care for baby. These practices are deeply nourishing to mama’s mind, body, and soul. 

Frequency: First 6 weeks after birth. 3 days a week, 4 hours each day.

✹ Heal Your Womb: Participate in rituals that honor your body’s natural healing process, including daily Abhyanga massage and Yoni steaming to support your recovery.

✹ Find Your Center: Experience the grounding technique of Belly Binding, which provides gentle support and stability, helping you feel anchored in your new role as a mama.

✹ Restore Agni (Digestive Fire): Enjoy tailored home cooked meals that revitalize your digestive health, enhance your energy and promote lactation. Focused on Ayurvedic principles, herbs, and spices that gently restore your digestive system and deeply hydrate and nourish your being. 

✹ Receive New Energy: With this all-encompassing doula service, you’ll feel deeply cared for as a mother, allowing your energy to flow effortlessly toward your new baby and your beautiful journey into motherhood.
